Jerry L Margolius & Associates CC (“JLM”) is a specialist general practice Property Valuation and Appraisal Company specializing in the valuation and appraisal of property in South Africa. The company was established in 1980 and includes associated entities Margin Property Valuation Services (Pty) Limited and Jonic Properties, a property management company. The company is based in Cape Town, South Africa and is owner managed and operated by Jerry Margolius who has developed a nationwide reputation based on performance and expertise. We have an associate professional base of valuers with diversified expertise undertaking a range of Valuation Services.

Valuations and Appraisals are undertaken for and on behalf of Private Property Owners (including portfolio valuations), the Local Authorities, Embassies, private and public Companies as well as listed funds. Work is also attended to on behalf of SA Government from time to time.

In addition to the appraisal and valuation services offered by the Organisation, we regularly consult in the fields of Property Ownership with specific reference to Sectional Title (Strata/Condominium) and property development including establishment of the scheme, Rules, budget etc. Dispute resolution especially with reference to the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and Regulations.
